What is home staging?
Home staging is the strategic styling of a home to highlight its best features and appeal to the widest range of buyers. The goal is to help buyers emotionally connect with the space, which often leads to faster sales and stronger offers
Who typically pays for staging in the Tampa Bay Area—the homeowner or the agent?
It can be either. Some agents include staging as part of their marketing plan, while others recommend it as a seller investment. We’re happy to work with both homeowners and real estate professionals to determine the best approach.
How much does home staging cost in Tampa Bay?
Pricing depends on the size of the home and how many spaces we are staging within the home (which affect the overall time, labor and materials needed to present the property at its best). We offer streamlined packages with clear pricing so there are no surprises, and there are time and location based incentives! Is staging our Tampa Area home worth it?
Absolutely! Studies by NAR, RESA, and Titus (among others) have found staging to have a massive return on investment for sellers. Professionally staged homes sell faster and for more money than unstaged homes. Even in a strong market, staging helps a listing stand out online and in person—where buyers make emotional decisions.
Do you offer consultations without staging?
Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual consultations for homeowners who want professional guidance but plan to do the work themselves. These are ideal for occupied homes or sellers working within a smaller budget.
Do you stage occupied homes?
Yes! Each Occupied property starts with a pre-listing consultation to prepare the home and allow us to fully assess needs. In many cases we are able to offer integrated staging (where we bring in our items to enhance what is already there), but we need to assess each project individually beforehand. During your Pre-Listing Consultation, we’ll let you know what additional services we are able to provide.
