WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Olive Leaf Staging LLC, and thank you for taking a moment to learn more about us! Olive Leaf Staging is a home staging
company based in Oldsmar, FL and serving the greater Tampa Bay area. We pride ourselves on creating staging solutions that are realtor
and investor friendly, on trend, and effective. Our goal is to see home staging become an industry standard in the Tampa area, and we do
our part in this by providing staging packages to meet a wide range of needs and price points! We specialize in pre-listing consultations
and vacant staging, but we love providing occupied staging, redesign, flip/renovation design, and short-term rental services as well. We
serve clients in Pinellas County, Hillsborough county and Pasco County.
RITA OLIVA
RITA OLIVA, OWNER/CEO/CREATIVE DIRECTOR
I am a North Florida native who has always had an eye for design and a love for homes and interiors! My experience with marketing homes for sale began in Northern Virginia, where I worked as a Real Estate Agent for 5 years before launching Olive Leaf Staging, LLC. Through working with buyers and sellers, and buying and selling my own properties, I gained a keen eye for what buyers want and what sellers need throughout the process. Additionally, my education in Psychology from the University of Florida (go Gators!) helps me to consider the psychology of buying a home when preparing a client’s house for the market and get into the mindset of the homebuyer.
In 2020, I relocated back to my home state of Florida, and began serving clients in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
I love solving tricky design puzzles, repurposing pieces to give them a new life, and mixing funky local finds into my designs. In my free time, you’ll find me out and about with my three kids, Ellie, Aiden, and Lailah and my husband Joel. Thanks so much for taking the time to learn a bit more about me. GIVING BACK
We believe that each child should have a safe, comfortable space to call their own. We have committed to donating a
portion of the revenue from each home we stage to creating safe sleeping spaces for children in need. Through our partnerships with local organizations, we donate housewares, bedding, furniture and our design times to children and families in need.
